Do you ever have sales?

We post discounts and sales codes often on our Instagram Stories! However, we have recently launched a mailing list *only* for new product launches and for discounts. You can join our mailing list by using the sign up in our website Footer.

Can you send me a tracking number?

Tracking Numbers are only provided with orders that select the "Tracking Number (Canada Wide) shipping". If you select the "Flat Canadian Shipping (No Tracking)" we unfortunately are unable to provide any tracking information. For purchases such as the Bride Tumbler or the Bridal Box, they are assigned the "Flat Canadian Shipping (No Tracking)" based on their weight, but will be provided with a tracking number despite the tracking description.

Shipping, how long does it take? When does it ship out?

We have two options for shipping: Flat Canadian Shipping (No Tracking) for $1.00 CAD and Tracking Number (Canada Wide) for $22.00 CAD. Parcels will typically ship out within 24 hours of receiving the order on our end, however, this applies to standard Monday - Friday business days. Orders placed on, or just before, the weekend may ship out at the next available business day. With the Flat Canadian Shipping (No Tracking), we have heard from customers on the East Coast receiving their parcels within 2-3 weeks at the latest (excluding holidays or extenuating circumstances such as Covid-19 affecting Canada Post delivery times). Tracking Number (Canada Wide) typically is delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping out.

Where do you currently ship to?

At this time we are proudly able to serve every Canadian province and city. As a small home-based Alberta business, we are overjoyed and blessed to have support from so many wonderful towns and cities across this great country.

Return and Refund Policy

Please contact us first by email before returning any package or products. Orders may be eligible for return and refund if the items are returned to the shipping address in original excellent condition. The product will be inspected for any damage and only undamaged items will be eligible for a refund. Eligible returns will be charged a $5 restocking fee.

How can I pay?

Currently we are using Stripe for secure credit card transactions. If you would prefer e-transfer, send us an email to BirchnBloom@outlook.com and we can work with you to process an electronic money transfer.

What should I be on the look-out for with Ring Boxes?

First, know what sort of ring layout you're interested in: Single slot or Double slot. All of our ring box offerings say which setup it comes with! Second, what sort of shape you'd like for your ring box: hexagon, square, or oval. Lastly, we have a selection of colours to choose from, but they don't all come in the same shapes and slot amounts just yet!
